no worries! i've had it six times...going on seven in march...and i lose my taste and smell everytime...its always come back within a month for me!! i promise it'll come back eventually! the dry mouth thing...it should go away soon..i've never had it as bad as you explain it, but i have a little. make sure your doing your salt water spray!!

I have had dry mouth and problems tasting that same day of the surgery. Everytime I have to get sinus surgery my sense of taste changes and somethings that tasted good before will taste bad. Even though that's probably not the same thing I am curious about what it could be. I hope it's something that's just temporary! Please keep me posted about what your doctor says.
