Sinus Flushes

I have a premixed sinus flush that I really like. It's a little on the strong side (not sure of the concentration) but it's in a really handy mess-free bottle. It's called SaltAire Sinus Relief. I like that I don't have to mix it.

Does anyone else have any favorite sinus flush products they like? Basically I'm looking for if you have any OTC products that you use. I'd like to compile this info as a handy resource to post to my Understanding CF blog.

Thanks for your help! I look forward to reading your responses.
