I tried the blackhead strips too... years ago. I was hoping it was finally the answer to my problem! But those of you who mentioned them are right... they were useless garbage.

I don't care what the problem is, you'll never take away my pizza!!!!!!

I'm going to see what I can find next time I go to the grocery store. The one I'm currently using has those bead things in it, and it seems, is too abrasive.

Thanks guys. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif" border="0">

When I was younger, I had a lot of luck using soap with sulfur in it. Lately I've had more issues with blackheads and oil again, so I picked up a bar of soap at the drug store with 3% sulfur in it. I'll keep you posted.

I get so disappointed 'cuz I'll read in a magazine or read online about some mask, treatment, etc. and try it and it doesn't work. Most recently it was an enzymatic mask from bliss. All it did was make my face slippery.

I get the boil under the skin zits and I could not get rid of them for the life of me. Went to dermos, tried alot of stuff. Now I have been on Azelex Cream and it is MIRACLE drug. It totally works. My skin stays clear and I do not even have to wear makeup! Once in awhile I do get the boil zit before my period but it goes away unlike before.

I totally reccommend anyone to get an RX for this cream.

Update, fyi...Just got back from the beauty school. I had an hour long deep cleansing facial and it was $20. And my skin feels great -- clean and my face isn't spotchy and red. I usually go to my dermatologist's office for pore minimizing facials which cost $60 and I leave with my skin feeling greasy. Guess I won't be going back there for facials.
