I take 100 mg of trazadone nightly. I'm not sure how safe for the lungs is it but it seems to work wonders for helping me stay asleep.

ive taken temazapam before-it made me sleep, but made me very groggy during the day.
if you're in the hosp that wouldn't matter.
i was taking it while at home and couldn't function there.
