No matter how clean they are, the smoke is in the furniture, carpet, walls, fan blades, air ducts,everywhere.
Due to her recent health issues, I might suggest to ask them to take showers and then not smoke at all afterwards and come over to your house instead.
I seems a little on the tough side but she is still a baby and can't tell you if it is bothoring her or not until she gets sick.
We face these issues from time time as well because we have family that smokes too. And you certainly don't want them to think that you are judging them for being smokers. It is a fine line and one that is extremely difficult to walk without hurting feelings.
The porta-crib with a mosquito net is a good one if the weather is such that you can keep her outside. Make sure to use lots of sunscreen if you stay outside, even if she is in the shade.
