Anyone have any snack ideas for a 15 month old. He isn't picky but hates to eat the same thing and needs variety. I need some new and exciting ideas to keep this child happy. Thanks.

custurd, yougurt, fruit, boiled eggs (loads of salt) as long as thers no allergy, piklets sweet or savoury, muffins, bicky's, chesse sticks, fruit sticks, rice pudding (yum), smoothies, jelly, chicken nuggets, filled celery sticks, dipping sauces, fruit salad.

CRACKERS!!!!!!! lol. Crackers, like Triscuts with cream cheese spread on them are good, or with melted cheese on top are good as well. Just watch out he doesn't choke on the wheat, b/c that can happen if you eat big bites. Um.....dry cereal is good as well.....cheese slices.....cut up apples dipped in cinnimon is good...smoothies.......mini sandwiches can be good too if he goes a long time btwn meals....that's all i can think of for now....hope it helps!

I just got an icecream maker. Its so awesome! Homemade ice cream is so much better than store bought and you can adjust the amount of cream you put in to make it as rich (and loaded with calories) as you want! It takes about a day to freeze the base of it (but you can just store it in the freezer so its ready any time) and about half an hour to stir up the ice cream, you just have to make the mix in advance so it can have time to chill. Its a great investment.

Emily loves: triscuits with butter, cheetos, yogurt (yo baby just came out with yummy new flavors!) pretzels, pretzles with cheese, pretzles with chocolate, breakfast sausage (its not just for breakfast), scrmbled eggs, bananas with peanut butter, pasta with parmesean cheese and BUTTER, ground beef with salt (small amouts for snacks 2-3x/day, lately. SHe craves it!) garlic gread with cheese. Mashed potatoes with garlic and butter and salt. Lately, she will eat anything she can stab a fork into. Hope this sparks some ideas. Can't wait to read the other responses!

I don't know if you are looking to gain weight, but my daughter loved waffles with syrup and butter, and pasta with lots of butter, right before bed.
