So I've been browsing the internet some more and found this page that linked sugar to increased mucus production. It said something to the affect that when you intake sugar your body goes through a phase of osmosis to balance out the chemicals.
Lately I've been staying away from dairy due to the fear of increased mucus production (even though before on these forums I defended drinking milk... hey in high school I was perfectly healthy while drinking lots of it) but apparently the lactose in the milk is a sugar that triggers it... yea I didn't know that.
So to my point. What are we to drink? Almost everything has at least some sugar in it. I am writing this because I do feel conjusted atm, and doing my vest/hypertonic saline doesn't seem to be enough. Any advice?
