My hands were fine but my legs were bad. I had to get the compression stockings to help my legs and feet and then ended up keeping my legs elevated as soon as I got home until I got off the couch to go to bed.

i didn't have that, but it is very typical with late pregnancy whether you have cf or not. lowering salt intake helps and upping your water intake. you'd think that drinking more water is the opposite of what to do if you are retaining it in the first place, but when your feet swell its bc of an imbalance of salts and water. your body has to get fluids and blood to your extremities, so it will do it anyway it can.
