Tasting Salty?

I know my parents used to say I was salty. And now mt boyfriend says I taste really salty but he dont think its grossly salty he just says that when he kisses me on the check or forehead he gets his daily dose of salt. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

i've been told i taste salty my whole life. my girlfriend always tells me i taste salty. i ask her if that's a bad thing or if it's gross and she always says no haha. she claims to like it!

When I tell people that my daughter has CF, one of the first questions they ask is if she tastes salty. But strange thing is, she doesn't! She's only 7 weeks so maybe it will come later. I think I'm getting a bit obsessed, I'm licking her all the time just to make sure, if someone saw me, they will think I'm a total weirdo!

On a side note, in the middle ages, the midwives always used to lick the babies, and if they tasted salty, they were "cursed babes" as they often didn't live past 12 months. Obviosly before CF was named and researched...

Well whenever i sweat i see that i am really white so one time i was like what is that so thn i tasted it and it was salty, but i love salt <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> i know weird why would i taste my arm i was curious and i was like 10 lol

I've never had anyone actually tell me that I taste salty, but after I sweat and have cooled down I can actually see the dried up salt on my skin. I have to rub my skin with a damp cloth to get it off, otherwise I look like I'm ashy and in serious need of some lotion.

yea me too in the summer when im working if i wear black clothes they turn white..u can see the white on my skin too sometimes..lol and yes, my ex girlfriend used to like the salty taste X)
