The Pari Trek

I just ordered this yesterday, and my doc sent in a perscription so hopefully I don't have to pay anything. It looks real sweet. Rechargable battery, very very small, strong, and has different electrical outlet attachments for the car, regular US input, and Europe. I have been on my back up OLD nasty and gross nebulizer compressor for a while now, and finally needed to pull the trigger on a new one, and figured i'd get something that could actually help me instead of just getting a new regular one.

Hey there, I have this and it's awesome! I always take it in the car for trips (packs up so small) or long drives and it's not too combersome, it's great.
Good luck with it. Just get that power converter at Ace hardware or any place like that and you're golden.

I just got mine 3 weeks ago. I love it although as usual with portable air compressors the battery doesn't seem to stay charged very long.

I've never used the battery, I just always have it plugged in. It's a nice space saver in the living room too. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I have this one too, it's really good if you are going travelling cos it's tiny, and the built in voltage converter is really good too no more lugging a big voltage converter around. I don't use the rechargable battery but I do use the in car plug. I find it is a wee bit slower than my bigger neb but the size of it is such a bonus. Good luck with it.

The battery in mine is good for several treatments -- basically, for a day's worth. However, the Trek seems to run a bit slower on the battery, and plugged-in it runs a bit slower than the Pro-Neb. But in all, thumbs up. I've inhaled noxious things on four continents with it. Plus, it comes in a sporty yellow-and-black, which is a hit in any land.

ok so... that thing would be totally awesome for when my family and I go camping... we rough camp (no running water and no electricity) and with that compressor I could do my treatments at the car!

I use it with Tobi and the rest. So what does it mean if you do take it with the pari trek? It seems to work fine, am I not getting the right amount or something?

I highly doubt that it has anything negative to do with tobi. The other meds (pulmozyme, etc) are equally needed at small particle sizes, and nowhere on the pari site did it mention that it shouldn't be used with any medication. I currently have a regular pari pro neb (old) and those pari LC reuseable nebs, and have used tobi and everything else with them. Of course I could be wrong, but I doubt the trek has any issues with particle size and tobi.
