The Vest and Ears

Jaden has been using his vest for almost 7 months and always sticks his fingers in his ears. I just figured it was tickling him. A lot of times he wants to sit on my lap while he is doing his neb and vest so I pull the vest down a bit so that the shoulder part is not hitting his ear lobes and it seems to help him some. Geez I hope its not that it hurts. There are times he seems to be stressed but then again a lot of times not? Sometimes he just wants to lay flat on the floor or he needs to stand - that too I thought was because the shoulder part of the vest was to close to his ears.

My daughter is 22 months and got her vest at 20 months. She pulls at her ears, puts her fingers in them, scratches her nose, and says her tummy hurts all the time while we are doing it. Glad to know we aren't the only ones<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

The vest makes my ears itch a little bit, but the only time it makes my nose itch is when I'm breathing through my nose, which I'm pretty sure you aren't supposed to do when using the vest anyway. Breathing through your mouth is more effective
