i don't like the vest at all it makes my tummy hurt i hate having cf it kills me and i never have time for the 8 treatments 4 vest and the 4 tobi and yuck tobi is nasty it taste like rusted metal. how old are you guys??? i am 10 do you guys take tobi. or do u live any where close to nashville well thats my hosptial vanderbilt its a nice hospital i hate going there and i hate cf i wish a lot i could trade bodys with someone else so i could have a normal childs life ad not worry about medicine its crazy

yea- i tried the accapella but it didnt help me at all even on the highest setting. The vest seems to be the only thing that really works for me. I like my vest, but i have the newer transportable 16lb. model, and i have to bring it with me to the hospital cause they have the old model and its so much different and i hate it. the old vest is REALLY painful (im a girl- username is non genderspecific though, i understand) but the new one is more suttle. I had girls in my GS troop that were wondering about it try it and they said it felt weird- but didn't hurt, just for a first timer point of view.

I do both. I actually prefer the Vest. It dosen't really hurt me, at all, and all I have to do is sit, and let it do the work for me!
I did IPVs for a month, to see if it would make a difference, and IPVs.....wow.
I got up a lot of mucus the first couple of times.
Overall, I prefer the Vest
