The Vest

Sorry to have to tell you this, but (as you may have guessed from the other posts), the vest is just plain itchy. It doesn't go away, although you do get used to it and, as you get older, you get more able to tolerate discomfort in general. Most of us probably don't get rections like Patti's, but I definitely get pretty red everywhere when I do my vest. I recommend having her take a quick shower or a lukewarm bath - even just rinsing off - right afterwards to soothe the skin a little.

Some one at the cf clinic told me to get a egg crate cusion those ones that look like they hold eggs well and use it on the back and since isaiah does not complain about it being itchy anymore.
