There is a map at the bottom of the page that tells you which company you would have to go through to get it (based on where you live). Also, be aware that some clinics are not up to speed on this and may have a lot of misinformation! You can use all your inhaled meds with the eFlow, though some of the dosages need to be adjusted.
We are currently leasing ours through the company and we get it for free as long as we order his colistin through them. They also give us free vitamins.
The colistin takes about 7 minutes in the eFlow (as opposed to 20 in a regular neb/compressor). So, it can be a great saver of time!
