If it's just for backup and keeping meds cool, maybe a small dorm/office fridge?
We bought a Honda 2000 for treatments while car camping. It's a quiet running one (so as to be a little more considerate at the campsite!), not the open motor type, so it's more expensive. It works great. I've even used it once in a power outage for treatments. I haven't totally loaded the thing up yet, but It'll run a vest and a neb compressor at the same time. I know we can run lot's more, just haven't had to yet.
