thrush from zithromax

i ALWAYS have the worst thrush in my mouth! it is so bad right now ( i think from the Advair, Flovent, Colistin) that I have to take Nystatin EVERYDAY. My tongue hurts soooooooooooooooo bad, it's so frustrating. Sometimes I even get it when i am only doing my Pulmozyme & Xopenex. But I am also on oral Cipro & Zyvox.

sounds more like mastitis than thrush. I've had both, thrush was just itchy and sore on the nipple. Mastitis had the burning sensation that you described.

Keep an eye on your temp over the next 24 hours or so just to make sure.
