I always have everything ready the night before. So all the med's are measured out for both my 2 youngest kids. (my cf'er has the majority of course), I even have their clothes out, lunches packed ( 4 of them), everything ready because it takes me 2 hours in the morning to get them all ready for school and that is myself taking a shower when Brady starts his vest- so that gives me 20 minutes to get around and that is usually just throwing my hair in a ponytail and doing my make-up. The kids get their showers the night before. Things go smoothly when everything is ready the night before, otherwise it is alot more crazy.
I keep a list of medications, with the RX numbers, and when they need to be refilled on my refrigerator and order that way. It saves alot of time when it is time to order. Brady has over 30 monthly medications with port supplies, then I also mark when I need to order new nebs/masks, pediasure, my daughters 4 medications, etc.,
I sterilize the masks once daily.
I keep things picked up and in order so I always know where everything is located.
I make sure the van always has gas, if it gets half full I fill it up. So in the mornings, I am not running out of time because I have to get gas.
Basically I have to be very organzied.
