Well the replies came late, I had my doc send hill rom the script for the 105 unit. The old one has served me very good for a long time now. They also said they give insurance a -10,000 dollar deduction so that the total cost to them is only 6000. Does respirtech do that as well?

I think each insurance company must work out some kind of deal with the vest companies.

I think our insurance paid around $10,000 for the Respirtech vest.

If you're going to spend an hour a day, every day, in perpetuity doing meds, it might as well be doing the best machine out there to improve your health.

It might serve you well to call Respirtech to see what type of insurance deal they can get.

There's no sense in investing all that time doing meds if you're not getting the very best!

And nope, I'm not paid by them on the side, Jodi <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> I just think it's important for CFers to get the best that's out there, and in my opinion, it's the Respirtch <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
