tobi and eflow

Well..... Tobi I'm familiar with... eflow..... ummmm, ???. What's eflow? lol. Tobi's horrid... Not to bad, yes I'm making conversation! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">. Anyone had Tobi foam up in the tub thingy? I think hot water makes it do it.

eflow is a new form of Pulmo Aide. Only it administers meds in less than three minutes. It is so cool. I got to use one while doing a trial med. Dr. says it should be available soon and will give more independence. Oh and it's battery operated. Never had Tobi foam up but it is sticky. Awful taste. I chew so much gum when I'm on the stuff just to get the taste out of my mouth. A powdered version is in the works, 3 puffs and you're done. I like the sound of that.

indeed i got one of these... Tobi take about 3 albuteral about 45 sec ( i dont delute) and polmizime about 3 minutes that all i do less than 10 minutes......

Wow! This is my second round with Tobi and I use the nebulizer form, it takes me like 20 minutes to suck it all down, Is eflow like...some other way to take it? Thats extreme! Lol sign me up

yes it's tobramycin in the eFlow, not the brand name TOBI. basically the same, however.

eFlow isn't necessarily a new form of PulmoAid - they're different companies. However the eFlow is considered to be a next generation compressor

I have an e-flow and I use my Tobi in it, but I've never had the bubbling thing happen.

I find it strange that so many people bearly know what the e-flow is and I've had it for years. I lov it, its really fast, and theres none of that stupid elephant tubing like from teh big neb I had years and years ago (And I'm talking about like 9 years ago!!)
