I've got a Hillrom 104, and I just put it in its duffle, and then put that on a set of "luggage wheels" (you can get them at Walmart, Kmart, even Acadamy Sports-$10-$15), and put other bags stacked on top of that to roll it all through the airport. I do have to take it off the "wheels" to go through x-ray/check point, and they ask about it (I say it is a medical compressor, have all the papers that came with it and inform them how much it cost, lol), they inspect it, "sniff" it, zip it back up and send us on our way. It fits in the overhead bin in most airliners- when it didn't in a smaller plane, they did put it up front.

The thing I have had the most problems with is my Xopenex or Pulmozyme- don't know which one it is- but when they are sealed in the foil (unopened) no problem, but on the way back, after they have been opened, they always set off the "sniffer" at the Orlando airport. I don't know why...
