I also enjoy walking/jogging outdoors, but we live in a rural area and I'm afraid of snakes and wild animals.

I've not really been exercising but HAVE to start so Monday, I'm joining a gym. That's just as well because here in the South, the seasons are so inconsistent-like it's hot one day and cold the next-and that makes me just as sick, so I figure that if I jam up my MP3 player on the treadmill or bicycle, I'll be good to go!!!

I used to live on the borders of a national Park and did my training in the morning - I would take my dog with me. I saw many wild animals but usually at distance and they would take off as soon as they heard my dog bark. And sunrise was a wonderfull gift at the end of training <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">
