Congrats on your babies. I can't imagine what it is like leaving a little one (or 2!) at the hospital each night. My nephew spent almost 3 weeks in the NICU and my SIL said that was the hardest thing she'd ever gone through.

You may be losing so much weight because you "lost" weight while pregnant. I think that is what happened to my body. The scale went up but to help the babies, mass was taken from you. Make sense? You didn't say if you were pumping milk or not but if you aren't, then the weight loss should stop soon. Please take care of yourself - those babies need their mom when they come home. Eat as much as you can, whenever you can.

Did you read that kangaroo care website I posted? If you guys are able to do some kangaroo time (skin to skin) with the babies it may help speed their growth and get them home sooner - just a though.

Oh, I'm so happy for you! That's wonderful! I hope they can go home soon and at the same time for you. I can imagine it is terribly hard to be apart from them!

I hope you are able to put some weight on soon and that your health is good!

Congrats, again!<img src="http://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff33/jimhoward/Z8SRWCAKIUVWPCA2V957YCAYU7UZOCAFL03.jpg">

Congratulations Kelly! I know it's hard in the very beginning...hormones running wild, worried about the babies, etc...but hang in there. It will get better and you'll be bringing your little ones home before you know it. Just take care of yourself - focus on getting sleep and eating enough. Everything will fall into place.

Congratulations, I am sure it is very hard right now and with your situation you are at risk of post partum depression so make sure to be talking with someone. Take care, you are right, in the scheme of things this will be small later on.
