Update on Garren--Prayers still needed

I am new to the forum so I don't know a lot about Garren, however it sounds like that family are going through so much. The church I belong to is on a 21 day fast. Since I have CFRD I cannot fast from food but I am fasting from other things. I will add him and his family on my list for a healing. I too am on dialysis (from the many years of antibiotics), however I am 37 and am able to comprehend that this is necessary. When a person is a child, it is hard to understand why the people who are supposed to help you hurt you.
A positive thing is that the dialysis will remove a lot of the fluid built up in his little body. He will be able to breath so much better and will feel so much better after a few treatments. Just make sure the technicians and nurses try to amuse him (if he is not sleeping) during the dialysis. His emotional and spiritual health are just as important.
I know God is taking care of that family and Christ's arms are open wide for them to fall into and cry. He has some pretty strong shoulders. And tell Victoria God knows exactly how she feels. He, too had to watch his son suffer in pain.
