I forgot to say yesterday.. That they have said there is Aspergillus in her eye now too. And that they think it might have been there all along... As she didn't get tablets (only nebs) for the Aspergillus that was in her lungs at first, they think Aspergillus could have grown out of control in her eye and she fears that that has sort of distroyd her eye. She is getting Aspergillus meds now ofcourse, a lot of it, because of the problems with the heart valve.
And some really good news. Her family had asked the doc if Marie could come with them to the appartement where they are staying at the moment. And she could!!!

Marie is feeling better and better. Recovery is still slow but at least she is getting better.
She has had two operations on both her eyes again, monday last week was her left eye i think and this wednesday they did her right eye. She still can't see much, but i don't think it's getting worse either. They have to wait and see if the meds they put in with the operation will do their job.
She is still on dialysis, but she is still positive that she can get off it again. So i'm still hoping that she will be in the hopefully near future.
Doctors were talking about sending her home to Lulea. But they wanted to sent her to the hospital overthere instead of really home.
She didn't really like that. She really wants to go home. And i think, she is a little hesistant to be in another hospital when she does need to be there..

And she was in Goteborg just one of two days before she had to go to ICU because of the infection in her heart... She is really gratefull she was in her tx hospital when that happened and i think she feels safest there..
