Sophie used to be on ADEK, both liquid and chewable as she got older. Now she's on AquADEK, the latest update I guess. It's a gelcap.
I second that suggestion re: [rescribed vites, ADEK are made specifically for CF because those vitamins are fat soluble and if you're not absorbing fat, you're not absorbing those vites. So they need to be formulated to be water soluble.
