A way to possibly avoid ingrown hairs is to exfoliate the area with the exfoliating gloves. They seem to work well for me.

I always have my legs etc waxed before my hols it makes life so much easier. I never have any bother. I'm on tobi, Azthromycin, Pulmozyme, and Insulin - detemir and humalog. I have suffered from prickly heat in the past but not usually where i've waxed. Usually my arms so i've had no problems.

I always have my legs etc waxed before my hols it makes life so much easier. I never have any bother. I'm on tobi, Azthromycin, Pulmozyme, and Insulin - detemir and humalog. I have suffered from prickly heat in the past but not usually where i've waxed. Usually my arms so i've had no problems.

just so you know ,on the home waxing packs they advise not to sunbathe for 24 hrs after application . i'm like jane , i always have ingrown hairs and zits<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif" border="0"> when the new hairs grow through.( talk about too much information <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">)
