Yeah,
I guess I posted this several months ago. Things have been up and down. I got sick and was on IV's for 21 days. I have been off for about month and am doing better, but I missed a lot of time at the gym. Anyway, I've been going regularly now for about a month and half. I lost 7 lbs or so while I was sick. I have gained back about 10. Milk products including whey don't seem to do well with me. Milk makes me cough and have more sputum. Whey seems to cause other problems. Last week I weighed in at about 128lbs, Not very good for being 5'10. I'm trying to get to 135, that's my first goal. I really am getting stronger, as I am continually increasing my weights at the gym.I'm very happy about that. I struggle with the cardio though. My pft's are so low and every day is different with my lungs. One day I'll be able to a decent cardio (20 min, good intensity) and the next day I get out of breath walking and lifting weights. If I avoid getting really sick, I think I can keep progressing. Pray for me.
