I have Cystic Fibrosis and I have a feeding tube to help me with calories. I do my feedings at night while I sleep and I get 1500 calories over 10 hours. I recently got into working out and lifting weights I also started reading about the anabolic and catabolic states to help me understand and get the most from the weight lifting. Here's a link for the people who want to see the nutrition of the stuff I'm on to maybe help answer my question. <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.nestle-nutrition.com/Products/Product.aspx?ProductId=4187eefa-a043-4575-9454-9c57d7d69fb5

</a>
My question is. Is my being fed at night like this a positive or negative thing as far as trying to stay anabolic and gaining muscle mass?
If there's a better place to ask this question, if someone wouldn't mind pointing me in the right direction I'd be very grateful. This has been kind of bugging me for a while now and not sure where to get an answer.
Thanks =)
