there is a cf shake that has like 1080 calories or so and isnt very big they serve it at the childrens hospital in Little Rock. i dont remember exact input but you use heavy whipping cream, peanut butter vanilla ice cream couple tablespoons of chocolate syrup and maybe whole milk. anyway it is only a little over 8 ounces . i last the original recip. so i just sorta put it together and figured out the calories i was adding with each ingrediant. also my daughter is 16 and we use heavy whipping cream every chance we get like in mashed potatoes and if i fry chicken i dip it in that first. She also just drinks two caration plus (375 cal. each) for breakfast and then 2 right before she goes to bed. we call it "power slamming" them bc she doesnt really like them so she just downs them really quick. she also keeps them at room temp which seems gross to me but mite actually help it go down better.. not sure.
