Hi Ramy,
Andrew was considered 'failure to thrive" which means he was quicky loosing weight after birth. He dropped from 6lbs 12 oz at birth to 5 lbs at two week of age. He was also extremely salty tasting and had very foul smelling diapers, very light in color (yellowish), and frequent diarhhea. He has always been low weight and height (10th percentile for both), but no feeding tube yet, and no hospitalization. In fact, people do not know he has CF. He does everything he wants to do. Aside from bacterial infections that have him on antibiotics from time to time, and his daily treatment and therapy routine, he has a very normal life.
