DS gets the vest 2x a day for 30 minutes and I beat him for 20 minutes in the morning before he wakes up. On the weekends, he usually does his vest in the morning instead of a beatment. And if he gets sick we throw in an extra beatment in the middle of the night or middle of the day on weekends.

4 Treatments a day, IPV takes 25 minutes, Acapella takes 15 minutes. I do IPV in the morning and once in the afternoon and then acapella for the second afternoon treatment and again before I go to bed.

I was a vest girl for YEARS but the respiratory therapists at the hospital thought it'd be good to change things up. Brought up a ton of gunk with the IPV and never looked back <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
