Ugh, and I thought getting up in the middle of the night (2:30) to give Max a keflex was bad. I sorta do it in autopilot, although the other night I tried to squirt the syringe into my husband's mouth. Good thing he woke up enough and kept his mouth shut, otherwise I probably would've given him the keflex and gone right back to bed.

What an eye opener it is to see everyone's schedule!
I can't wait to have Connor read your posts, he feels like he spends too much time on his CF. He doesn't realize how easy he's had it! I am curious about the boiling of nebs tho, we use only pari nebs and I just put them in the dishwasher, should I be boiling them also????
Connor gets up at 7 am and takes his enzymes, flushes his g-tube line then it's downstairs to do the vest with Pulmozyme, followed by hypertonic saline if he has a bug, then Advair, Flonase, an ADEK and brushes his teeth, and off to school at 8 with snacks to eat thru out the day. He comes home around 3:30, eats a snack, does the acapella if he's not got a bug, while he does homeowrk, or does the vest and saline if he does. Dinner between 5:30 and 6 taking his enzymes, prilosec and another ADEK, vest again if he has a bug (if he's doing well, we just do vest once in am and once in pm, right now he has a bug so we're doing it as often as we can) at 7:30 and shower at 8. He goes to his room to read for 30 min or so at 8:30, sets up his feed (4 cans) takes his enzymes and lights out and feed on at 9. The schedule gets a bit hectic during sports season, we are in beetween right now, for the next few weeks.
My hubby is in the Air Force, I've stayed home and had various jobs that took place only during the school day, but not since we've moved to VA. As soon as I think about getting a job (I'm a Dental Assistant by training) Connor gets sick. For now, it's just easier if I stay home so the AF can have my hubby's full attention and time and I don't have to feel guilty about leaving a doc and patients hanging.
I also have a 16 year old that I'm continously carting here and there for various activities, and teaching her to drive.

I've always boiled them. I only run our dishwasher once or twice a week, plus I don't know if the water temp on the model dishwasher we have gets hot enough -- doesn't have a sanitizing feature.
