Right now 40% which is the highest it's been in a few years. <div>
</div><div>If you don't mind I'm going to tack another question on to this- Do you use O2 at all? If so, when?</div><div>
</div><div>I'm not on oxygen at all atm- though most of the time when they check my stats in the hospital they're around 94. </div>

</end quote></div>

I had my o2 checked this past Friday at my doctor's appt. and it was 93.</end quote></div><br><br>Just curious if you test your 02 during exercise and even an overnight.   If you are 93 at rest, you could be dipping below 90 during exercise or while sleeping.  Just something to think about.<br>

I am 27 with FEV1s in the mid 50s and a FVC in the 90s. I don't know why I have such a huge discrepancy. My lowest FEV1 was in the 30s which occurred when I was using TOBI TIP. My lungs sure didn't like it. Not sure if I had the placebo or the real deal, but either way it scared me too much to ever touch the stuff again. I have never been on oxygen, but my O2 sats are usually between 97 and 99.

haha don't be a hater. But Achromobacter is like a genus (?, not a bio major) and there are different species like xylosoxidans...not idea the specific one I have. But there aren't a lot of treatments for it. For awhile I used oral Augmentin, as I got resistant to that IV Timentin, resistant to that Imipenem, now Merrem. Until last summer I had a great lung function, but no one knows what happened and ater a month in the hospital my "good" FEV1 had dropped permanently from 75% to 49%. Really it's not horrible, but my only issue wth it and CF in general is the fatigue. w/e It seems like I go on IVs like 5 times a year. The exacerbations aren't usually terrible its just like, Oh we're at 43%...time for IVs....since there are no oral ABs that treat it.

April (tarheel) - Have to say that I TOTALLY agree on your sentiments about that horribly offensive signature you pointed out. Oh, the shame...
