i am 34 yo (in a few days) w/ a baseline FEV of about 45% ... i've never had to be on home oxygen thus far (thank Goodness!) ... my exacerbations that require hospital admission are pretty sporadic as i can sometimes go a year or two between and then other times only a matter of months (this year i was admitted in both Feb and July).

I am 19 years old and am happy to say that my FEV1 hangs right around 90 with o2 sat always over 97. I am able to run and work out four or five times a week and am 6'2" 170.

They were running 62-65%, it's been a weird year and now they're like high 40's to low 50's (my latest was 48%). O2 sats aroung 95 at rest, can reach mid 80s when I'm tired.
