Sometimes I wake up to a toy medical instrument in my ear, or to "Let me look in your eyes. Good! Now, let's check your ears..." lol! A prone and asleep Mommy makes a good patient <img src=""> .

Thanks for all the kind comments. I am a little prejudice of course, but I think they're pretty cute too... 
What amazes me is that with all the medical stuff they have to deal with in reality, they would even want to pretend to do stuff like that. I'd think they would want to aviod playing dr and shy away from anything medical when it comes time to play... but then again, I guess we do what we are used to and what we know... and they certainly know a lot about medical stuff...
oh, and the sterile thing... yeah, they got that pretty well down pat. They come by that naturally... I probably go a little overboard when it comes to that. I bring my own clorox spray and clean the hospital room before I let her tough the TV remote or anything... But the way I see it is we are there to get rid of germs... not get more to take home with us... the kids think I am nuts though.
