There are two major things that helped put me back on track. 1) Getting the right enzyme. I'm on pacreacarb now and have been putting on weight and have had MUCH better stools than ever in my life. It was one of those things that makes me think "what took so long?!"

2) Finally getting the right medication combination for dealing with anxiety. I was diagnosed as bipolar several months back. My doctor for that is WONDERFUL. She treats me like a whole person instead just a screwed up bundle of symptoms. She knows a lot about CF, so she's able to take that into consideration when determining a treatment plan for me.

7% Hypertonic Saline.

Transplant (obviously!)

Going to bed earlier, and getting up earlier DEF helps, so thus, less time spent messing on the net <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">

Let's see, switching from a doctor who wouldn't listen to one who does. That really helped a lot. Getting the vest allowed me to move out of the house since I didn't have to rely on family to do CPT. Cutting out processed foods seemed to help out a bit. Finding out what my allergies are has really helped since now I can avoid the triggers. And swimming seems to provide the best exercise for me. HS has helped out a lot as well.
