Same experience here. Unless you're being seen by CF specialists, 90% of the time, you get CF-idiots... medically certified or not.

I've found that one of the best moves you can make (especially since I live 2 hours from my clinic) is to find a GP who is willing to work with your clinic and is willing to learn. That way in the case of an urgent situation, they can at least get you some sort of help to tide you over.
