Oh Carrie, I'm glad you caught it before it became pneumonia or something. That's too bad about the blockage too. Poor kid!

I only have one kid playing baseball now, but there was a time when I had 3 playing at the same time. I also had a husb. who worked second shift, so that left me to do it all. My youngest son was at the ballpark when he was 4 days old. I was keeping score, and holding a baby at the same time. Crazy! I really don't know how I did it. Anyway, I have a lot of sympathy for your busy lifestyle.

I hope the meds work for Wade, and that everything is back to whatever your normal is very soon. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">

thanks so much! wade seems better. bowels are moving......for sure. sinuses were draining a little, not now. he seems REALLY tired tonight. i am hoping it is just from bm's. prayers are working, he hasn't been crying and screaming with bm's. just whines a little sometimes. WHAT A RELIEF. he is hating the augmentin. (as usual) and we just started friday.....lol. oh well. still haven't got the pulmozyme. supposed to tomorrow. the ins. didn't wanna pay for it. pharmacy said they think it's all worked out now. find out tomorrow i suppose. hope so. still haven't had the chance to watch the video on it. gonna try in the morning. wade typically does not cooperate with cpt.....so i went on utube, and cftube looking for videos showing cpt in action. got him to watch some of them. and last 3 days and nights, and this morning went better. hands still cramp......checking with cf nurse about cup. tough it out till then.

he is eating some now too. and calling me mom-mom, and clingy.
he was calling me "nee". so we're getting somewhere...lol.

oh and stacey...... i completely understand on the busy lifestyle.....when we were in little league football this past summer, i had boys on 3 out of 4 teams in our league, so game day...meant ALL day!!! i breastfed 2 of my boys.....so i learned how to do ALOT of things one handed.....and used my feet and one hand wrapping christmas presents one year...lol. gotta do what cha gotta do.

i truly appreciate everyone's comments here. and love reading other posts.

Sorry, I just saw your question this morning.

The kind we got was a hand held one that had infra red heat that we could turn on or leave off and it had 2 or 3 settings of low, med, and high. One we got had different things we could attach but we just used the flat plain part of it and another one had like the attachments in different locations on it already and again we just used the flattest part of it.

We got one at sears and one at pennys but I have seen them at walgreen, walmart, target, and other places.

Oh I think my FIL has one of those. I will give it a try. I spoke to CF nurse and she has ordered the "cup" for me to try out too.

Wade is still doing better. Bowels are DEFINITELY MOVING!! ALL night long, he was up till 5 am and up again at 9am and they are moving again. so i can decrease miralax now. I am supposed to pick up pulmozyme today. FINALLY.
insurance didn't wanna pay for it, CF nurse took care of that.
