It's sunny and 16 in Osaka, but then that's in Celcius...without a calculator and a quick calculation in my head (I lost my conversion home page link!), I think it would be about 30 F. Cold, but not enough to freeze a microcomputer chip!!

A microchip designed for military and automotive use can only go to about -50 F, I think, so that is DARN cold!! My old buddies from Ford probably are out there now for some cold-start testing on their experiment cars!! Your regular appliances only go to about -10, so it may be acting funny when it gets colder than that!
