Hi! My name is Autumn. I am 11 years old and have CF too(and now Diabetes.) I am in the hospital right now, but i havent been in here for almost 2 years!!! I do my treatments and vest, acopella, Chnebulizers, and Chest PT! they really help me and they make my PFT's go a lot higher from doing all of my treatments whenever i need to and keeping up with them on my normal scedule! its sometimes REALLY hard but once you thinkk about it, you probably have heard thuis alot, but its easier to just do your treatments & get it over with instead of being in the hospital suffereing even more!!! so just do it! you wont regret it!

I have to do the vest 2x a day for 20 minutes, while using the acapella at the same time. I hate it more then anything, and alot of the time when im given the chance to do it on my own, don't.
