Good to hear that you are exercising.
With CF, one of the tools that I am using is exercise. Work out 2-3 times a wk. Need to get the heart rate up and push the blood through your lungs. Unable to run due to old ankle injury but I walk a 15 min. mile with a grade of 4. Do some weights and machines but mainly treadmill for 30 min. I was doing 4 miles in a hour on treadmill but had to drop back to 30 min. due it wt loss. Usually spend 1.5-2hr at gym.
I feel very strongly that exercise is why I am still alive along with some medical treatment and the Good Lord.
Keep up the exercise and live longer. Some times I feel like I do not have time but all cfers need to make time for exercise!!!!
