Yogurt and CF

OK...I was just reading the bottle, looking for ingredients listed & it<b> did </b>say not to take w/i 2 hours of antibiotics...duh!

NOW, a 2nd question, it listed ingredients in this order (350 mg tablets)
It doesn't break down how much of each ingredient is included.

L. Acidophilus
Powdered Goat's Milk
L. Bulgaricus
S. Thermophilus

The last one is the one we want to avoid, right?

I just add some to my yogurt, because I don't tolerate the straight, flavored kefir very well for some reason.
