UPDATE 12:32 PM ON SATURDAY, 11/22/08
Zoe slept well last night. I would imagine between the remains of the anesthesia & the pain meds that helped she did <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0">. She did have some to eat last night & ate rather well this morning.
She "suddenly" realized when she woke up that her head & throat hurt so they gave her the pain med. She does a paripheal iv in because they dont plan on doing iv's at home etc until her cultures are back & its proven she needs to.
O2 is good & has been since yesterday tho it is still being monitored. I am sure its standard precaution for 24 hours.
They were hoping to go home today, but she hasnt pooped yet. They are giving her Mirilax so hopefully before long something "will come out of it".
If not that is really the only thing stopping them from going home at this point.
Jada sounds good which makes me happy. She is so bubbly that when she is nervous or down its really hard to hear it!
