Oh I am so sorry. Things happen for all sorts of reasons at that early stage. I am sure you have heard that a thousand times by now, but it does not make it easier to grasp. YOu just get used to the idea that it happened and then to get this to sink. Tough stuff. Good luck. Hang in there.
