    I take 4-6 creon 20 with meals. When I almost when up to 7 they got VERY VERY cautious. My docs told me they determine it by you height weight and calories or something not by fat.     I take zoloft and it works great. Talk to your doc. They really understand that we do have alot to go through. If anything don't talk to the CF docs talk to you PCP.

    Pleuritis

    On my lower left lung I have no lining in between my lung and rib and when I get sick or they get inflammed You can feel you lung rub against your rib. If I was you I'd call your doc it could be the start of an infection.
