So I've done a lot research on how animals are treated in the meat and dairy farms and it is pretty despicable. Therefor, I want to become vegan but I also need to gain weight. I'm 95 lbs and I'm 5'2''. Is anyone else vegan? Does anyone know a good way to gain weight while being vegan?

I got my transplant at the end of November but I also got a liver along with lungs. It's definitely awesome being able to walk more without getting out of breath with oxygen.

I've had issues with my creatine levels while on iv antibiotics also...the solution for me has been a liter of water through iv. Now, everytime I have to have iv antibiotics (usually for 3 weeks) I always have a liter of water each day also.

I'm taking Creon 12,000 also. If I eat a whole meal then I take 5 pills. I used to take 3, then 4, but now 5 pills. I've been taking Creon for yeaaars and it seems to work pretty well.
