My right side always has more crackling and diminished lung sounds and was the collapsed side, but my left side always is the source of my bleeds. If I change sides while sleeping I go into a coughing fit so I stick with the right side all night.

Sometimes if I start taking Protonix (like prilosec) it will help a little bit, but it never goes away. My enlarged spleen and liver don't make things any better. It makes me lose a little confidence sometimes.
