Actually Amy, i don't mean to sound ungrateful, you offer numerous ideas to us here and i appreciate all of it, but you actually 'did' say one could go out and get this drug prescribed and start using it now. I think that's potentially an extremely dangerous thing for anybody to do. Not yet...
