Hello Pamela, My sister had a double lung at UAB for CF over 10yrs. ago and doing great. I also have CF and 62 yr. old. I live in Florence. Moved from Jackson after I retired from Baptis Med. CTR. I am in the early process of looking at UAB my self.

I gargle with warm salty water twice daily if I think I am going to get a sore throat. Also use the Neti pot regularly. Have not had a sore throat since starting using the Neti Pot 2 yrs. ago.
