    Potty Training with a G-tube

Times she has used the backpack I leave it on the bed, propped against the wall. (If his bed is low to the floor, putting it on the floor beside the bed will work too.) We have the Infinity pump, and the backpack has velcro straps that hold the bag and pump in place really well and a hole out...

    Potty Training with a G-tube

Re. the little potty- I actually think that is a GREAT idea. He understands the purpose of the potty in the bathroom, so I think if you explained it and had him help set it up in his room (maybe set it on a bathmat just in case) that would help. Even if he has to call for help, he has much...

    Potty Training with a G-tube

I know he got the tube pretty recently- had he been dry all night prior to night feeds? If it is a new thing, he may gradually adjust to the extra liquids at night and eventually do ok with it. At 2 he's still an age where his body is just starting to mature in this area anyway and MANY kids are...

Saw CF specialist, starting creon enzymes today

I am so glad she'll be giving the enzymes a try and I hope it helps her!! I know that she hasn't had success with Miralax in the past but it worries me that they are increasing the exlax; I wonder how much dependency is playing into her need for it by now. I hope the enzymes help and that her...
